Ballot verification — please read
Hello Greentree homeowners,
We are reaching out regarding the upcoming 2026 Annual Election and an important requirement for ballot verification.
For a ballot to be counted, the outer ballot envelope must be signed by a homeowner of record for the property.
How to Verify Your Homeowner Information
- Review your latest billing statement or other official Association correspondence. The owner name shown should match the Association's ownership records.
- If the ownership name or contact information is incorrect, please submit the requested correction in writing to Coastal Management & Consulting at support@nbcoastal.com.
- If the property is held in a trust, additional trust documentation may be required to confirm the authorized voting member.
Accurate homeowner records are important to ensure that each eligible homeowner's vote can be properly counted and that every homeowner has an opportunity to participate.
Please contact management with any questions or requests for assistance.
Thank you.
