Ballots at Neighbor November

Ballots will be available for homeowners to fill out, and participants will receive a raffle ticket.

Your ballot choices remain private.

Already took your ballot home?

Bring your entire ballot packet, including all pages and both envelopes, to the information booth for help.

  1. Mark one choice for each of the two measures. Each amendment package is voted on as a whole.
  2. Place the ballot in the smaller inner envelope and seal it. Do not sign or add identifying information to the ballot or inner envelope.
  3. For the window-envelope packet, have one owner sign the detachable stub at the bottom of the ballot letter. Detach it along the perforation.
  4. Place the signed stub and sealed Secret Ballot envelope inside the outer window envelope. Make sure the owner’s signature and both addresses show through the windows before sealing it.

Do not discard the ballot letter—you need its signature stub. Follow the instructions, return address and deadline in your issued Greentree packet; ask for help if your packet differs.
