Step-by-Step

Setting up Alliance Bank auto-pay

  1. 1

    Set up a new Auto-Pay account

    Click the Alliance Association Bank button below and choose Set up Account under New Users to create your portal.

  2. 2

    Add your property

    Enter the management company ID 7745, then use Search by Address to find your home. Your association ID is the letter portion of your account number (e.g. Greentree = GHA). Your account/lockbox ID is at the bottom of your statement.

    Add your payment method

    Enter the bank account information you'd like to draft from each cycle.

  4. 4

    Schedule your payment

    Enter the correct assessment amount for Greentree. Once scheduled, watch your inbox — Alliance sends a confirmation email that you must action to finish enrollment.

  5. 5

    Confirm your enrollment

    Open the confirmation email from Alliance Association Bank and click the activation link to finalize your auto-pay. Until you confirm, your payment is not scheduled — check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Important: once your payment is scheduled, Alliance emails you a confirmation — you must click Confirm in that email to complete the scheduling of your auto-payment. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

FAQ

Common billing questions

Will my existing auto-pay transfer to Coastal?

No. Any auto-pay set up under previous management must be re-enrolled through the Appfolio homeowner portal or Alliance Association Bank once Coastal begins collections.

When will assessments start being collected by Coastal?

Coastal Management & Consulting will begin collecting assessments on the first billing cycle following the management transition. Watch for a welcome letter with your new account number.

Are there fees for paying online?

Alliance Association Bank direct draft is free. Appfolio charges $2.49 per eCheck transaction, and credit / debit card payments include a card processor fee.

What if I don't have my account number yet?

Email accounting@nbcoastal.com and the accounting team will send it to the address on file.
